Privacy policy
This policy explains how I handle the data you send me through the contact form on voimora.com, a call booking, WhatsApp or email.

What I collect
Through the contact form I collect:
- your name and email address
- if you choose, your business name and website address
- the content of your message
- when you gave consent, the page the form was sent from and the country derived from the connection (for example FI)
I don't store your IP address. When you book a call, Cal.com stores your name, email, the time you chose and your answers to the booking questions. Through WhatsApp and email I receive your contact details and your message.
Why and on what basis
I use the data only to reply to you, to run the AI check or quote you asked for, and to handle our work together if you become a client. The basis is your consent, which you give on the form, and steps taken before a contract. Protecting the form from spam is based on legitimate interest. I don't send marketing and I never sell or share your data.
Where the data is stored and who processes it
These services process data on my behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting and the form database. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database restricted to the EU.
- Resend: sends me a notification of a new message and sends you an automatic confirmation by email.
- Spacemail: my email, where I read and answer messages.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on the form, when enabled.
- Cal.com: call booking, once you open the calendar.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you message me on WhatsApp.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are US companies. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long I keep it
Form submissions are deleted from the database automatically after 24 months unless they lead to a client relationship. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and as long as Finnish accounting law requires.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or marketing cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The booking calendar loads only when you open it, and spam protection only when the form is on screen.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email rron@voimora.com and I'll reply within a month. If you think your data is being mishandled, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
I update this policy when my practices or the services I use change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
